Heritage Hockey

The Winter season has been pushed up to January 18th, 2021. The Winter Registration is Friday, Jan 15th.

All of the below items must be completed before a player can tryout.

Here is the information you will need:

1. Player Registration and Physical Form

You MUST be registered through the Heritage Athletics website and have a current physical on file. If you do NOT  have these two requirements completed by 11:59 PM on January 15th you WILL NOT be able to participate on Monday, January 18th, 2021. 

Please email your physical form to mpeters@lps.k12.co.us or fax it to (303) 347-7639.

Everyone should get this information completed at least a week before tryouts on Jan 18th & 19th.

Player Registration is on the new Heritage Athletic website.

1. Go to http://www.heritageagles.com
2. Click on Athletic Registration
3. Returning players - Login. New players - create an account.
4. Register Player

Hockey players do not pay the Student Athletic Fee. This is covered by the Heritage Hockey program. 

2. Player Fees

Full Winter Player Fees - $1875

Deposit - $1200

Deposit Paid by Monday, January 18th, 2021

Final Payment Must Be Paid by the Mandatory Parents Meeting on Thursday, Jan 21st, 2021.

You can make your payment at Cheddar Up

If you have King Soopers Credit please contact Coach Sims. You will need to send him a screenshot of your King Soopers Community Rewards Contribution.

3. Tryouts

1. Monday, Jan 18th, 2021 at South Suburban Ice Arena or New SSIA Sports Complex 4:10 - 6:20 PM

2. Tuesday, Jan 19th, 2021 at South Suburban Ice Arena or New SSIA Sports Complex 4:25 - 5:25 PM

Teams will be announced Tuesday evening after tryouts.

4. Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting
We will have a Mandatory Parent and Player meeting on Thursday, January 21st, 2021. All players and at least one parent who will be joining us for the season must be in attendance. More information to come on location and time of the meeting.
